To use it one only needs to : fold it,insert it like a tampon,the cup pops open while inside and firmly sits on the vaginal walls using a SUCTION SEAL CREATED BY THE HOLES ON THE SIDE OF THE CUP. Once inside,the cup collects blood which must then be emptied after some hours depending on the flow. Then its removed, emptied, rinsed and reinserted.
